This morning we went downtown for breakfast, but there was a long line so we had to wait outside. The upside was that Temu and Mama could watch the birds fly in and out of the trees and onto the little ledges on the building lining the street. Temu loves looking for birds; this curiosity started after we spied a robin and a blue jay outside his window after nap one day. This happened weeks ago, but we still have to look for them every day when he wakes up. You can imagine his delight when we saw and heard lots of birds this morning.
After breakfast Daddy took Temu to Lowe's for some man-time. Temu got to drive some lawnmowers and got to see some awesome construction equipment in the parking lot. Temu is all about trucks and big things with wheels these days.
Daddy headed to work this afternoon, so mama and Temu had some leaf raking fun. Temu enjoyed the leaves, but he liked using the rake even more.
