We spent the day in New Jersey celebrating Siena's birthday. We went to a pumpkin market and picked out a couple baby pumpkins.
Temu played a game of "where's Temu's belly button?" with Mike.
Temu spent a lot of time playing with Charlie the dog. They're actually very similar . . . both weigh about 25 pounds, have big eyes, dark skin, like to lick things, like to nap, etc. Temu turned the tables on Charlie and gave him a big kiss. They licked each other clean many times.
We went out for hibachi to celebrate Siena's birthday. Siena and five other middle school girls came along.
Temu was quickly surrounded by giggly girls. He was literally backed into a corner, with somebody yelling "OMG!" every six or seven seconds. How did Temu handle this? By now blog readers, you probably correctly anticipate that Temu LOVED IT! Soon he was leading everybody in clapping and dancing.
It was a late drive back to Massachusetts, but we made it without incident and got to sleep in our own beds.
