This morning Temu helped Daddy clean out and organize his closet. Temu discovered a wide assortment of ties that hadn't been worn since the days of medical school. He tried some on, looked in the mirror, and was quite please with what he saw. This is a semi-new trick for Temu. Usually after we get him dressed, we tell him how handsome he looks and that he should look in the mirror. He walks to our room, looks in the mirror, and is always delighted with his appearance; what self-esteem!
Afterwards he decided to pick up a book and do some light reading; we LOVE that he (occasionally) does this independently, although he still prefers mama's lap for his reading spot.
