Even though it was a tad on the chilly side and rainy, day 171 proved to be yet another good day in the life of Temu. This morning Temu and mama went to a new place to play, the Northampton Parent Center. The name of the place is deceiving - it's really more for kids than parents, but it was nice to chat with grown-ups while chasing after Temu. The center has 3 rooms - one room filled with mats, climbing toys, slides, and every kind of riding/pushing/pedaling toy you can imagine, and the other two rooms are set up like pre-school classrooms - toys, fine motor activities, sand/water table, play dough, dramatic play area, trains, cars, etc. We both had fun and will return! Hopefully daddy can come along next time for the fun and to take photos. Here's Temu about 30 seconds after getting into the car.
Tonight we were invited to our friend Joeli's house for dinner. Temu was very happy to see his "big sisters" as it had been a couple weeks since we last saw them. They had the pink boa ready to dress him in as soon as he walked (or should I say, toddled) in the door!
