Day 119

This morning it actually felt pleasant outside so we took Temu, his wagon, and his bike to Look Park.  Temu walked a LONG way with his trusty wagon.  You might think you're hearing a new species of bird in this video, but it's no bird.
We walked to the bridge and waved at the train going by.

We've noticed that Temu is really interested in trees.  Perhaps it's their height, green-ness, the wooshing sound they make when it's windy, the fact that leaves make for great tickling devices - we're not totally sure.  He liked this one a lot, though.
Temu was delighted to take a ride on the swings at the park, but then we put him on a solo-ride down a slide.  We tried this with him a couple weeks ago, but he wasn't quite ready.  This time, he was more than ready and had great body control.  Pardon the filming - the camera woman wanted to get a good video but also needed to be in position to prevent a crash.
All this activity made for a tired boy!  After he woke up from his nap and dada went to work, it really cooled off and started to rain.  After donning sweatpants, shirt, and sweatshirt for T and longsleeves for mama, we braved the rain and visited the library and went out for a veggie-burger-date (cheerios were just the appetizer).  Temu loved sitting at the counter facing the window watching all the people go in and out with their colorful umbrellas.  He waved at everyone!
